What is your Deposit Policy? Can I get my deposit back if I change my mind?

We take a deposit to secure an appointment after a phone consultation with Lalo. If you need to reschedule any of your appointment it has to be up to 10 days before the tattoo. If you have to reschedule within the last 10 days prior to the tattoo we will keep the deposit because of the nature and the complexity of Lalo’s work, is very difficult for us to book someone else in such short notice.

Do you do cover-ups?

It depends of what kind of tattoo needs to be covered (CONSULTATION REQUIRED)
